PROBLEMS LOGGING IN:
If you have trouble logging in, it can usually be attributed to one of the following:
- The User Name and Password are case sensitive. Make sure you
enter the data exactly as shown in the email you received.
- Make sure you do not have CAPS LOCK on.
- Your browser's Privacy setting may be set too high and will
not allow your computer to accept the cookie required to set your
password. To adjust the privacy settings in Internet Explorer,
choose Tools > Internet Options from the top menu. Click the
Privacy tab. The setting should be set on Medium or Low.
- You are running a firewall or blocking software that is interfering with the password. Disable this software long enough to log in.
- You must also be connected to the internet to access the
database.
